Do you live in the Netherlands? and did you place your order before 10 am? Then your order will be delivered between 1 – 2 working days.
Unfortunately no packages are delivered during the weekend*
If your order has gone through, you will receive an order confirmation in your email inbox or spam. (this may take a little longer than you are used to, but always check this up to 10 minutes after your order)
We will receive a notification of your order and prepare it immediately. As soon as your package has been scanned for delivery, you will automatically receive a track and trace here with which you can follow your shipment live.
Orders outside the Netherlands will be sent with PostNL and will be delivered within 3-5. After placing a successful order you will receive the track and trace code by email. Tracking your shipment is easy via international parcel tracking.
Shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are €9.99.
Shipping costs for orders outside the Netherlands are €14.99.
Due to the crowds, it can sometimes happen that our server is down, so that we do not receive your order. After placing your order, please check your email that you specify when ordering, it may be that your order confirmation ends up in spam, always check this.

Unfortunately, this is not possible due to the fact that we do not deliver our packages ourselves, but through an external party.
Of course!!! Exchange and return is possible within 14 days after receiving your shipment. Provided it has not been worn, used or damaged. We expect that you return products with all cards and associated packaging material. If you cannot send these, we are forced not to accept your return package. Because we cannot sell this product.
