How to return an item

We made returns and refunds simple! Here we tell you how you can achieve this in a simple steps

Step 1.

Login in to your account

Step 2.

On your dashboard you see your recent orders. Here we added a new button called “Refund” See screenshot for more information

Step 3.

When you click on refund you are able to see the form where you can select the products you wish to return. See screenshot for more information

Step 4.

When you are done selecting the products you want to return simply scroll down and click “submit request”. See screenshot for more information

Now we will receive your return and the only thing you need to do is to send the products to us. After this we will refund your money back.
